近日，中山市易路美 HOTBOXC1500 沥青混合料加热保温箱正式交付广州属地道路养护单位，设备验收及现场实操培训工作顺利完成。

Recently, EROMEI’s HOTBOX C1500 Asphalt Mixture Heating & Insulation Box was officially delivered to a local road maintenance organization in Guangzhou. Equipment acceptance and on-site hands-on training were successfully completed.

交付现场，易路美技术服务团队与广州一线养护作业人员开展面对面实操教学。围绕设备温控调节、料仓投料出料、日常运维要点等内容进行现场演示，养护班组人员上手熟悉操作流程，针对城市坑槽抢修工况交流作业经验，确保设备可快速投入一线道路病害处置工作。

At the delivery site, EROMEI’s technical service team conducted hands-on training with frontline road maintenance personnel in Guangzhou. Through on-site demonstrations covering temperature control adjustment, material loading and discharge, and routine operation and maintenance, the maintenance team quickly became familiar with the equipment and operating procedures. The team also exchanged practical experience on urban pothole emergency repair scenarios, ensuring that the equipment could be put into frontline pavement repair operations quickly and effectively.

在城市日常养护作业中，沥青混合料温度流失快一直是小范围坑槽修补的痛点问题，容易出现混合料废弃、修补路面粘结效果差等情况。本次交付的 HOTBOXC1500 沥青混合料加热保温箱，具备混合料恒温存储、补温加热功能，能够保障修补沥青料出场转运施工全程温度达标。非常适配广州市政道路零星病害、应急抢修场景，有效减少沥青材料浪费，提升坑槽修补施工质量，缩短占道作业时间，助力养护一线实现快速高效施工。

In daily urban road maintenance, the rapid loss of asphalt mixture temperature has long been a challenge for localized pothole repairs, often resulting in wasted materials and poor bonding performance during pavement repairs. The HOTBOX C1500 Asphalt Mixture Heating & Insulation Box delivered in this project provides constant-temperature storage and reheating functions, helping maintain the required temperature of asphalt mixture throughout loading, transportation, and application. It is particularly well suited to localized pavement defects and emergency repair operations on municipal roads in Guangzhou. By reducing asphalt material waste, improving pothole repair quality, and shortening work-zone occupancy time, the equipment enables faster and more efficient maintenance operations.
